Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unfortunately, if you’re based anywhere else in the world we’re currently unable to offer exchanges, but this is something we’re working hard to make possible! We’re super conscious of impact on our planet and its people. As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we’re creating positive changes today to help push for a better tomorrow. These include the removal of returns cards from Gymshark orders.
You can check out the steps and video here and see that it’s not a requirement to fill out the order number on the card, as this can be done when you create your return. Check out our and select your region for more details about returns.
Because of that, it just makes sense to remove these forms from all Gymshark orders, with the aim to carry this out across all other countries in the near future, right?

UPDATE: Just as a reminder, we’ve extended our returns policy to 90 DAYS, due to the global disruption of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
You have up to 90 days to start your return from the moment your Gymshark order is delivered. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items, it’s easy – we promise!
Go to our RETURNS PAGE and select your region
Click ‘RETURNS PORTAL’ to be sent our returns partner in your area
Enter your order number (e.g. #U12345) and shipping postal (zip) code OR email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
Remember to include # at the start of your order number!
Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
Confirm your original delivery information (amend if needed).
Select the method you’ll be returning your order by (you will also see your nearest drop-off point).
Dependant on your return method, you may need to download a returns label or present a QR code when returning. Simply attach to your parcel or present the QR code and take to your nearest drop-off point.
Don’t worry if you’re not being asked to print a returns label, some couriers don’t need this.
Items registered separately or from different orders cannot be returned within the same package, as combining orders/registered returns will slow down the refund process!
Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.
If you are OUTSIDE of the US & Canada, returns that are booked in our ‘return portal’ separately cannot be returned in the same package.

Please don’t return any damaged goods unless you’re told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.
We offer FREE returns to the following countries;
United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
If your country is NOT listed here you will be responsible for the cost of your return.
